The following
election schedule approved by the Executive Committee of All
Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association (APCMA) in its Meeting
held on Tuesday, July 05, 2011 at 11:00 AM in APCMA Secretariat,
Lahore, is hereby announced for election of Executive Committee
Members of All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association (APCMA) for
the term 2011-2013 (1st October, 2011 to 30th September, 2013): |

Last date for intimation by member firms desiring to
change their representative i.e. name of representative
to the Secretary General along with necessary proof of
eligibility. |

Last date for display of provisional list of voters
eligible to vote along with their national tax number,
sales tax registration number, if applicable, the name
and national identity card number of their
representative) on:
a)
Notice Board at head office;
b)

Last date for receipt of any objection by the members to
the entries in the list of voters. (Members shall send
their objections in writing to the Secretary General). |

action on the objections or changes sent by member. |

Last date for making representation to the election
commission by the members aggrieved by the decision of
